Our Story
Welcome! Based out of fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada, I'm Amy Ashmore,Ā a career Kinesiologist and resistance training expert.
I'm happy you are here and excited about what we can offer you.
My motto is simple: do what you love.
My first love is strength training. I've been blessed to have spent 25 years in gyms, earned a PhD in Kinesiology at the University of Texas at Austin and an MS at Florida State University (my first love; Go Noles!), and done just about everything in the field from strength & conditioning training to teaching to professional development and consulting.
But the mostĀ important thing about me and why I educate in the real world is that I am a high school drop-out. I believe that getting out there and doing it is where we learn the most.
