Amy Ashmore, PhD
Amy Ashmore holds a Ph.D. in Kinesiology from the University of Texas at Austin and an MS in Motor Behavior from Florida State University. Her training programs are approved by 50 state boards of physical therapy, American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), and Board of Certification (BOC) for athletic trainers. Amy is an educator located in Las Vegas, Nevada specializing in resistance training adaptations and sports data analytics.
